Carpet Cleaning Method: 🛠️🛠️🛠️

Step 1: Prepare the Equipment

• Check the water tank levels: Ensure that the 40L solution tank is filled with 3M™ Carpet Extraction Cleaner diluted as 1:64.

• Connect the B-EX450 to the appropriate power source and ensure all connections are secure.

Step 2: Set Up the Cleaning Area

• Clear the area to be cleaned of any furniture or objects that may obstruct the cleaning process.

• Pre-treat any heavily stained or soiled areas by applying the 3M™ Carpet Pre-treatment Cleaner directly to the spots and allowing it to sit for 5-10 minutes.

Step 3: Start Cleaning

• Turn on the B-EX450 and select the appropriate settings (e.g., brush speed and suction power) for the surface you’re cleaning.

• Begin cleaning by slowly moving the machine forward and backward, allowing the 2800 RPM brush speed to agitate the carpet fibers while the powerful suction motor (1000W) extracts the dirt and cleaning solution from the carpet.

• Move in overlapping passes to ensure even cleaning across the entire carpeted surface.

Step 4: Use the Hand Tool for Detailed Areas

• For corners and edges where the main machine may not reach, use the Besser B-EX450F floor tool for flexible, detailed cleaning. This tool is perfect for cleaning around furniture, baseboards, and other tight spaces.

Step 5: Dry the Carpet

• After completing the cleaning, allow the carpet to dry completely. The B-EX450’s suction system should significantly reduce the drying time by removing excess moisture.

• Optionally, increase airflow in the room to speed up the drying process.

Post-Cleaning Maintenance:

• Empty the recovery tank (20L) and clean it thoroughly after each use.

• Rinse the solution tank and refill it with clean water before storing the machine to prevent buildup of residue.
