We dispatch all goods within 14days. These services normally deliver on the next working day although occasionally they can take longer. 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during check out.

Will I get a VAT invoice?

As Hong Kong does not implement a VAT system, we do not issue VAT invoices.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you place an order over the phone you can call us 35800849 between 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm Monday to Friday. 

What happens if some of my items are out of stock and some are in stock?

We will get in touch to give you the choice of having one delivery when your order is complete or we can send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered to arrive (no additional delivery charge for this).
