Refunds & Returns

Our customer service department must be contacted before any return is made to obtain the necessary returns reference.

Can I return items?

We only accept product exchanges due to quality issues, and such exchanges will be free of charge.

If an exchange is requested due to an ordering mistake, we do not accept items that have been opened or used. A handling fee of HK$200 will be charged for product exchanges.

All exchanges are only available within Hong Kong.

Can I refund?

Sorry, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.
