The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ General Purpose Hand Pad 7447B is a multi-use, non-woven abrasive pad designed for manual surface preparation across a wide variety of materials. It combines the flexibility of a cloth with the effectiveness of a traditional abrasive, making it ideal for cleaning, deburring, blending, finishing, and surface scuffing.

This pad uses aluminum oxide mineral, which cuts cleanly and leaves a consistent, fine finish. It performs well on metal, wood, plastics, and composites, and can be used wet or dry, with or without chemicals.
