It penetrates and seals porous floor materials, creating a smooth, uniform base that enhances the gloss and durability of the topcoat finish.

This product is designed for use on a variety of floor types including vinyl composite tile (VCT), terrazzo, concrete, and other resilient materials, helping reduce finish absorption and improving long-term floor appearance.
